1. List of Requirements: (LoR) Defining the products to be made, their specific characteristics, and the production capacity needed.
2. Block Diagram: Creating a high-level overview of the production process. Initial estimation of floorspace requirements.
3. Concept Design: Developing a Process Flow Diagram (PFD) that details the sequence of operations and key components.
4. Budget Estimation: Providing a preliminary capital expenditure (CAPEX) estimate based on the concept design.
5. Detailed Design: Producing Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) and a comprehensive Bill of Materials (BoM) to finalize the design and prepare for construction.
6. Detailed factory layout in AutoCAD.
